Pam’s Training Log – Where we are now
The 2015 season is about to begin, and I’ve been looking forward to this for a while now. It’s time to put away the holiday cheer, and start focusing on food as fuel again. Through no actual planning on my part, this corresponds with a new training cycle set to start on Monday 1/5. I’m planning to go in a bit of a new direction this year, focusing entirely on the Strongman season, and only doing powerlifting comps for fun if and when I feel like it.
