Wednesday, 2/24 15 Weeks Out

Warmup – Prowler sprints, dynamic stretching

12” DL – 3 x 3+, 245 x3, 275 x3, 315 x10

Box Squat – 3 x 3+, 160 x3, 180 x3, 200 x10

Barbell Rows – 4 x 10, 155, 175, 185, 185

Front Squats – 4 x 10, 120, 130, 135, 135

SS Yoke Bar Tire Stepups – 4 x 10, 60, 60, 60, 60

Monster Good Mornings – 4 x 10, 135, 135, 135, 135

Tire Flip – 4(1:15/0:30), 12, 13, 10, 13

Feeling back in the swing of things today. 12” deads were feeling light and easy. I hit 10 reps at 315. The last rep was a bit of a grind, but might have had one in the tank. Maybe.

Box squat was also feeling good. Ten reps at 200 was a bit of work, but one or two in the tank here solidly.

Accessories felt much better today. I went up to 185 for my rows and 135 for my front squats. Stepups were not so much of a grind today, and good mornings felt very solid.

For my finisher, I did 75s tire flip rounds. The extra 15s was tough, but I managed to bang out 3 good rounds out of 4. A solid day overall.
