Warmup – Dynamic stretching, light Prowler

Z Press – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3

Bench Press – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3

Wide grip Pullups – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, blue x3, blue x3, blue x3, blue x3, blue x3, blue x3, blue x3, blue x3

Deload week again and I definitely need it.  The log didn’t even feel all that light, but at least it didn’t feel heavy either.  It’s the weight I’ve been using for my speed sets, so it should be fine for Deload week.  Not feeling entirely recovered, but it did feel good to get some blood moving.

Z presses felt similar, not heavy, but not as explosive as I’d like.  Bench and pullups followed suit.  Not feeling recovered, but not feeling broken.  Needs more Deload week I think.
