Monday, 5/2 5 Weeks Out

Warmup – Dynamic stretching, sledgehammer, light Prowler

Log Press Clean Every Rep – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3

Z Press – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3, 45 x3

Bench Press – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3, 105 x3

Wide grip Pullups – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, black x3, black x3, black x3, black x3, black x3, black x3, black x3, black x3

Deload week is here again.  I won’t lie, I definitely need it.  My triceps were fried by last week and I need them to recover so I can finish out my last cycle.

Log went well, but you know you needed the Deload when 95 doesn’t feel like nothing. It didn’t feel heavy, but I wasn’t as crisp as I’d like to be.

Z presses felt crisp.  Explosive and speedy just the way it should be.  Bench and pullups followed suit, nice and crisp.

I finished up with a few rounds of agility ladder just to get some more blood moving.  Looking forward to my continued Deload this week.
