Wednesday, 5/11 4 Weeks Out

12” Deadlift – 3 x 5+, 245 x5, 285 x5, 325 x10 Paused

Front Squat – 3 x 5+, 145 x5, 165 x5, 185 x8

Barbell Row – 3 x 10, 205, 205, 205

Squat – 3 x 15, 160, 160, 160

Yoke Bar Stepups – 3 x 10, 70, 70, 70

Monster Good Mornings – 3 x 10, 165, 165, 165

Stone Squats – 4(0:60/0:30), 11, 7, 5, 5

Feeling pretty solid today in spite of the Sartorius, which is much improved.

The 12” deadlifts were very solid.  Ten easy reps at 325.  Feeling very good about my speed and endurance here.

Front squat was challenging, but I managed 8 reps.  Not my finest day on front squats, but not my worst day either.

Rows felt solid.  The squats I superset with them were a grind. High reps are not my favorite, but they are good for me.

Yoke bar stepups were ok, but I could definitely feel myself working to stabilize. The monsters were solid as well.

I finished with some explosive stone squats.  I won’t lie, I was smoked out after these.
