USS Nationals is closing in on my and I’m feeling confident.  Log speed work felt crisp and easy.

Log went well, but you know you needed the Deload when 90 doesn’t feel like nothing. It didn’t feel heavy, but I wasn’t as crisp as I’d like to be.

Z presses felt great.  Explosive and speedy just the way it should be.  Bench and pullups followed suit, nice and crisp.  I love the feeling of pressing weight so hard my shoulders come several inches off the bench.

I finished up with a light set of sled press and row to flush my muscles with blood.  I feel great and can’t wait to get to Kentucky.
