Warmup – Dynamic stretching, light Prowler sprints

Box Squat – 110 x10, 120 x8, 140 x6, 160 x4, 185 x2, 160 x4, 140 x6, 120 x8, 110 x10

BB Row – 3 x 20, 135, 135, 135

KB Swings – 3 x 20, 50, 50, 50

SS Yoke Bar Good Mornings – 3 x 20, 60, 60, 60

Split Squat – 3 x 10, 30, 30, 30

Barbell Rollouts – 3 x 10, 10, 10, 10

Stone Squats – 4x(1:00/0:30s) 50#, 28, 30, 32, 32

Day 2 of the new program.  Low box squats. Nothing heavy, but box squats have been out of the rotation for the last few cycles.  Working the whole range of motion again is a rude awakening, but it felt good.

High rep rows felt great.  KB swings are good, and I will need to make those much heavier soon.

Yoke good mornings are light and easy.  Barbell rollouts are harder than I remember.

The stone squats are a good finisher.  I kept it light, but focused on good extension and speed.  A good day.
