Warmup – Dynamic stretching, light Prowler sprints

Bench Press – 80 x10, 95 x8, 105 x6, 120 x4, 155 x2, 135 x4, 120 x6, 105 x8, 95 x10

Rear Delt Raise – 3 x 15, 20, 20, 20

Curls – 3 x 15, 45, 45, 45

BW Skulls – 3 x 15, PP-4, PP-4, PP-4

Db Pullover – 3 x 15, 40, 40, 40

CoreBlaster Throw & Catch – 3 x 15, 15/15, 15/15, 15/15

Overhead Yoke Carry – 195#, 4x

Bench Press, how I’ve missed you.  I decided to program in a bench day just for fun. But I made it too light, so I adjusted on the fly.  Glad it hasn’t left me totally.  I’d like to get to a point where I can rep my bodyweight, and I don’t think that would take too much.

Rear delt raise and curls felt crisp.  Bodyweight skulls, dumbbell pullovers and coreblaster throw and catch were a great addition to the program.  I’m really enjoying not feeling totally beat up after each session.

I finished with some light overhead yoke carries.  I do like my overhead carries.
