CoreBlaster Throw & Catch – 4 x 15, 15/15, 15/15, 15/15, 15/15

A little tired from the double session yesterday, but pressing on.

An easy bench press day.  Glad this is coming back to me, I do love benching.

Rear delt raise and curls are feeling good.  Bodyweight skulls have never felt good, but they are good for me. Dumbbell pullovers feel good at least.

Core blaster throw & catch is a fun way to do ab work.  Will have to make this harder soon.

My wrist was bothering me, so I cut the overhead yoke finisher.
