Warmup – Dynamic stretching, light Prowler sprints

Front Squat – 4 x 12, 110, 110, 110, 110

Wide Grip Pullups – 4 x 15, black, black, black, black

Hammer Lunges – 4 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Cossack Lunges – 4 x 10, 25, 25, 25, 25

CoreBlaster Hip Raise Situps (paused) – 4 x 15, 15, 15, 15, 15

Sandbag Sprints – 130#, 4x(1:00/0:30s), 3c/3s, 3c/2.5s, 3c/2s, 2c/2s

Finishing up week two of the new program.  Liking the break from heavy weights and the opportunity to do a wide variety of things.

RDLs feeling pretty good this week. Not totally light, but not feeling as heavy as last week.

I upped the reps on front squat to 12.  Will keep going up there as I continue.  Lunges are feeling good.

Cossack lunges are improving.  Pullups are also improving.  I’m not much for high rep pullups, so I know they could stand to get better.

The hip raise situps are feeling great.  I am happy with how quickly I adapted to the increased ab work.

My sandbag sprints were better than normal today.  My conditioning is on point.
