Warmup – Dynamic stretching, light Prowler sprints, sledgehammer

Push Press with Fat Gripz – 70 x10, 95 x8, 105 x6, 120 x4, 135 x2, 120 x4, 105 x6, 95 x8, 70 x10

Db SOHP – 4 x 15, 12, 12, 12, 12

W Press – 4 x 15, 5, 5, 5, 5

Scap Retraction – 4 x 15, 40, 40, 40, 40

External Rotation – 4 x 15, 5, 5, 5, 5

HLR – 4 x 15, 15, 15, 15, 15

OH Keg Carry – 85, 85, 85

More push press with the fat gripz.  Went up to 135, so not heavy, but feels good to get some plates up over my head.

The shoulder press is getting easy, and we’ll go up again soon.  I pushed the reps to 15. W presses feel great. Scap retractions are solid and the external rotations are coming along. My shoulders are responding well to all the TLC. HLR is still a little challenging.

Some light overhead keg carry was an easy and fun finisher.
