I continued my boxing today, but didn’t lift.  I figured I got plenty of blood moving with just the boxing.  Not sure you can really call it boxing given I’m basically slap happy with the lack of carbs.  But, I moved around a lot.  Feeling better than expected with the water cut, heading into the hard part.
