SS Yoke Bar Good Mornings – 3 x 20, 70, 70, 70
Lunge – 2 x 10, 10, 10
Barbell Rollouts – 3 x 10, 10
Oh the tedium of rehab. The warmup took so long. I hates it. I did fire hydrants, the banded hip series and a hundred bodyweight squats. I focused on driving off each leg evenly. I could tell that I was struggling with this towards the end.
Then I did some hammer kicks and yoke good mornings. It’s a sad day when your heaviest thing is a good morning.
I finished with lunges and barbell rollouts but was interrupted before I got to the third set. Can’t wait to get back to heavy weights, but will be ramping up soon I hope.
