Wednesday, 9/21 A Week

Warmup – Dynamic stretching, prowler sprints

18” DL – 3 x 5+, 245 x5, 285 x5, 325 x13

Front Squat – 3 x 5+, 120 x5, 140 x5, 150 x12

BB Rows – 3 x 10, 135, 155, 155

CB Hip Raise Sit ups – 3 x 10, 10, 10

Hammer Lunges – 3 x 10, 10, 10, 10

Monster Good Morning – 3 x 10, 95, 95, 95

Still happy to be back on a good program and moving forward again.

The 18” deadlift is almost embarrassingly light, but I’m still feeling out how solid I am after the injury and sinus infection.  On the plus side, it was very easy, 13 reps with no straps. That should come back quickly.

Front squat also felt great even though it was light. 12 easy reps at 150.

Rows were crisp.  Hip raise sit ups felt great.  The hammer lunges and monster good mornings all felt solid if a bit light.  I don’t want to overreach while I’m getting back to real weights.  Slow and steady, I’ve got plenty of time.
