Saturday, 9/24 B Week

Farmer Walks – (2 x 60’), 135, 155, 185, 205

Yoke – (2 x 45’), 195, 285, 375, 465, 555, 605 x 25’ for 1

Stone over bar – 122 x 5

First events day back and I’m feeling pretty good if a little out of shape.  Farmers were pretty solid, and on the first day back I’m over 200# a hand with decent speed.  Feeling pretty good about that.

Yoke was feeling pretty good as well. I went up to 605 for about 25’ at the top end.  Working on getting that 3x bodyweight yoke walk solid again.

I was pretty spent after yoke and just did 5 reps on my light stone.  Even that was tough. Then I called it a day.  Not bad for a first events day back on the new program.
