Wednesday, 9/28 B Week

w/u – light jog, zombies, fire hydrants

2” Deficit DL – 3 x 5+, 195 x5, 225 x5, 255 x10

Squat – 3 x 5+, 110 x5, 130 x5, 150 x10

Db Row – 3 x 10, 50, 60, 60

Core Blaster Rainbows – 3 x 10, 10, 10, 10

Split Leg Bulgarians – 3 x 10, 15, 15, 15

Seated Good Mornings – 3 x 10, 45, 55, 65

Tire Flip/Plyo – 3 x (60s/30s), 5, 5, 5

Deficit deads today and I’m feeling pretty good.  I started this cycle off pretty light and hit 255 for 10 smooth and easy.

Back squatting again is novel.  No box, or anything, just me and some pretty light weight.  It actually felt good.

Dumbbell rows are going well.  It’s nice to get back to these. Core blaster rainbows are also helpful.  Really putting a lot of force into them.

I still hate split leg Bulgarians.  No surprises there, but I can feel that they are helping lefty catch up.

The seated good mornings are new to me and are a challenge.

I finished with some tire plyos for conditioning.  Jumping is not my favorite.  Not a bad day, but plenty of work to do.
