w/u – agility ladder
Kettlebell snatch 20#, Kettlebell swing 50#, sledgehammer
Barbell complex (RDL, Row, Clean, Push Press, Squat), Coreblaster Rainbow, Coreblaster throw and catch
Prowler – 6 x 225 high/low on 0:45 sendoff
Deload events day, and I decided to focus on conditioning rather than work light events. First, some agility ladder. Then some rounds of sledgehammer and kettlebell. Worked up some good sweat with it.
Then we did some barbell complex and core blaster work. Really just getting some blood moving and hitting some abs.
We finished with a heavy prowler interval on a short sendoff. A little stretching and foam rolling and then I went off to get some more firewood.
