Monday, 10/31 Deload Week

Warmup – Dynamic stretching, sledgehammer, light Prowler

Log Press Clean Every Rep – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 90 x3, 90 x3, 90 x3, 90 x3, 90 x3, 90 x3, 90 x3, 90 x3

Db SOHP – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 20 x3, 20 x3, 20 x3, 20 x3, 20 x3, 20 x3, 20 x3, 20 x3

Bench Press – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3, 95 x3

Wide grip Pullups – 2 x 10, green, green

Db Fly – 2 x 10, 15, 15

Deload week is here, and I didn’t feel too beat up.  I know better than to dive into another 6 week cycle without a break, but I’m eager to move on.

Log moved well for me today.  Excited to load that up next cycle.

The db SOHP was crisp. I am glad that this is improving.

Pullups were almost comically easy and the flys felt great.

Overall an easy Deload day that left me wanting more.
