Wednesday, 11/2 Deload Week

Warmup – Dynamic stretching, prowler sprints

RDL – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 95 each set

Jump Squat – 8 x 3 on 1:00 intervals, 60 each set

CB Hip Raise Situps – 2 x 10, 10, 10

Hammer Lunges – 2 x 10, 10, 10

 

Deload leg day and I’m feeling pretty good.

Romanians were crisp and powerful.

The jump squats felt explosive and smooth.

The hip raise situps and hammer lunges felt great.  I finished wanting more, and I’m fired up for events day on Saturday.
