Agility Ladder work

Farmer’s Walk – 90’ with a turn at 45’, 100, 100, 120, 150, 170

Farmer’s Walk – 45’, 190, 190, 200

Keg carries – 45’, 90, 90, 195, 195, 195

Sandbag load to 50” – 130/175 x 3

Prowler High/Low – 3 rounds @ 315

Last training day of the year!  Feeling solid and oops, I put on a couple of pounds of muscle.  So, a few pounds heavier, but leaner as well.  I’ll take it.  Did some farmer walk work with turns, and then did a couple of heavier sets without a turn.

Next, we did some keg carries since I haven’t touched a keg in a while. Was surprised how easy the 195 keg felt to carry.  Last time I touched it, it felt much heavier.  After a few rounds, we moved onto the sandbags.

Sandbag load felt a little slow to me, but I’m not too worried.  We finished with a set of heavier prowler pushes. It was a good burnout type finisher.  Some stretching and foam rolling finished out the last training day of 2016.  We’re on to 2017!
