Agility Ladder work
Sandbag Squat & Slam with plyo 10/10
Deload week, and I really need it. I took it very easy today. Just moved around a bit and got a sweat going.
I did the normal agility ladder work first. Then I did a light sandbag squat sequence with some slam plyos, counting down from 10 each to 1. It got me moving and got a good sweat going, but didn’t wear me down.
I spent some time with the foam roller and the trigger point ball, and then I headed home to sit in the hot tub.
