Warmup with rehab work

Log Press Away – 4 x 10, 100, 100, 100, 100

Axle Strict Press – 4 x 10, 50, 50, 50, 50

Circus db – 4 x 10, 55, 55, 55, 55

Cleans – 4 x 10, 95, 95, 95, 95

W Press – 4 x 10, 7, 7, 7, 7

KB Lunges – 4 x 10, 20, 20, 20, 20

First training session in the new space.  I’m pretty tired from the move this weekend, but determined to get back to a regular training schedule this week.

Log felt great actually.  I didn’t even need to reclean it on the last set like I did when I first started this program a few weeks ago. The axle strict press felt pretty light.

Circus dumbbell is a hated lift, but I got through it. The cleans were a nice change and they felt explosive.

W press is back in to keep the shoulders happy and the kettlebell lunges are the unilateral move of the day.  Since I am rehabbing an imbalance, I am incorporating a unilateral move into every session.

I cut the finisher this week because I’m still pretty beat up from the move.  They’ll be back next week.
