Warmup with rehab work

Trap Bar DL – 4 x 10, 195, 195, 195, 195

RDL – 4 x 10, 185, 185, 185, 185

Single Leg DL – 4 x 10, 95, 95, 95, 95

Wide Grip Pullup – 4 x 10, purple, purple, purple, purple

Rear delt raise – 4 x 10, 20, 20, 20, 20

Seated Good Mornings – 4 x 10, 95, 95, 95, 95

Pulling day.  Feeling frustrated with the light weight, but focused on not compensating.  Hoping to step it up on the weight again soon.  Trap bar deads went smoothly. RDL felt solid.

Single leg deads are a lot of work.  Pullups are tough on the wide bar.

The rear delt raises and seated good mornings are solid.

Looking forward to getting finishers back into the program.  Honestly, looking forward to going heavy again, and hoping it will be soon.
