Warmup with rehab work

Squat – 4 x 10, 110, 120, 120, 120

Front Squat – 4 x 10, 110, 120, 120, 120

Monster Good mornings – 4 x 10, 95, 95, 95, 95

Cossack Lunges – 4 x 10, 20, 20, 20, 20

Jefferson Curls – 4 x 10, 45, 45, 45, 45

Split Squat – 4 x 10, 45, 55, 65, 75

Squat day!  All of the squats! Still having to focus on driving evenly here.  Not planning to increase weight until that is improved. Front squats are actually moving better than back squats.

Monster good mornings are feeling solid. The Cossack lunges are really helping the unilateral drive.

Jefferson curls are notably improving my mobility.  Split squats are just mean.

Looking forward to getting back to a solid finisher here.
