Log Press Away – 4 x 12, 100, 100, 100, 100

Axle Strict Press – 4 x 12, 55, 55, 55, 55

Circus DB – 4 x 12, 55, 60, 60, 60

Cleans – 4 x 12, 105, 105, 105, 105

W Press – 4 x 12, 7, 7, 8, 8

KB Lunges – 4 x 12, 20, 25, 25, 25

On to the second week of my volume program.  It is boring and the counting is hard.  I am not used to high reps.

The log moved well.  This high rep count really exposes when form breaks down.

Axle strict press was work at 5# more.  I had a great pump going by the end of these two sets.

Then came the unending Circus Dumbbell.  Oh I hates it so! But, I dug in and went up 5# anyway.  The cleans were a bit of conditioning and moved well.

W presses were feeling solid and the kettlebell lunges were work at 25#.

I did just two rounds of the overhead yoke runs as a finisher today.  My shoulders were pretty smoked and I haven’t had that much overhead in a while.  Also, this place is longer than the old location.
