Warmup with rehab work

Trap Bar DL – 4 x 12, 195, 215, 235, 235

RDL – 4 x 12, 185, 195, 205, 205

Single Leg DL – 4 x 12, 95, 95, 95, 95

Wide Grip Pullup – 4 x 12, purple, purple, purple, purple

Rear delt raise – 4 x 12, 20, 20, 20, 20

Seated Good Mornings – 4 x 12, 95, 105, 105, 105

Prowler EMOM – 10 @ 225

Feeling a bit more rested on deadlift day.  Not back to my normal self yet, but getting there.

Trap bar was feeling solid, so I pushed the weight a bit to 235.  I feel like I might be starting to turn the corner. RDL also feeling solid, and I went up to 205 for the last two sets.  Trying not to let myself jump too much at once, but optimistic that I’ll be back where I should be soon.

Single leg deads are improving, but I’m still struggling for balance on the left side, so not increasing just yet. Wide grip pullups are coming back nicely. I am enjoying the challenge of the wide grip bar as well.

Rear delt raises are feeling solid and the seated good mornings are improving.

I finished with a sadistic prowler EMOM for ten at 225. It was rough, but I am glad to have finishers back.
