Warmup with rehab work

Squat – 4 x 12, 120, 130, 150, 150

Front Squat – 4 x 12, 110, 120, 150, 150

Monster Good mornings – 4 x 12, 95, 115, 135, 135

Cossack Lunges – 4 x 12, 20, 25, 25, 25

Jefferson Curls – 4 x 12, 45, 45, 50, 50

Split Squat – 4 x 12, 75, 85, 95, 95

Prowler EMOM 10 @ 225

Feeling good on squat day.  Weights were feeling light, so I pushed them to 150# for front and back squat.  150 for 12 is no joke on a front squat for me, so I was feeling positive.

Monster good mornings also feeling good. I pushed that up to 135 and still felt solid.  Cossack lunges moved to 25 and I was moving well.

Jefferson curls are feeling great and I went up here also.  Split squats increased as well.

I finished with the prowler EMOM from Tuesday and found it harder after squat day. Feeling very positive about my progress.
