Agility Ladder work

Pressing Medley – CDB @ 55#, Axle @ 100#, Log @120#, 60s rounds 7, 8

Farmer Walk 90’ with turn – 100, 120, 150, 170

Sandbag load to 48” – 130, 130, 130/175, 130/175

Prowler High/Low – 225 x 6

Foam Roll

Wasn’t feeling super today, but wanted to get in some pressing medley work.  Decided to keep it light and work on speed. Actually, felt pretty good with it, but definitely could use some heavy sets in the next week or two.

Did some farmers with turns since we haven’t touched the farmers in a while. Felt heavier than it should and my grip was tired from all the woodworking I’ve been doing.

Then we did some sandbag loads onto the new loading table.  Felt pretty solid, but I could work on my speed a bit.

We finished with 6 rounds of high/low prowler at 225.  Not a bad day, but time to ramp it up again.
