Monday, 4/10

Log Press Away – 4 x 15, 100, 100, 100, 100

Axle Strict Press – 4 x 15, 55, 55, 55, 55

W Press – 4 x 15, 8, 8, 8, 8

KB Lunges – 4 x 15, 25, 25, 25, 25

Not moving so great today after yesterday’s indulgence. But, it was fun.  Also 4 x 15 is not my idea of a fun training session.

Log is a struggle and hard on the shoulders.  I had to reclean it a few times to get to 15 reps. Axle was better, but not great.  15 is just a lot of reps.

I skipped the circus dumbbell and cleans, because I was very pressed for time.  I think I’m going to change the next cycle, because 15 reps is just not fun for me in the least. But, I have to get through this week first.

W press and the kettlebell lunges went well. I didn’t have time for a finisher.  Thinking about getting back to some heavier weights next week.  I’m worried about coming into this competition off this rehab program.
