I love log pressing. It’s great. I felt very strong under the log today. 135 for ten reps was pretty easy, so I bumped it up to 140, and got it for 9. Very happy with log progress lately.
I was sharing the gym today, so I did this session out of order. By the time I got to the 3 board press, I was pretty fatigued. I didn’t get the proscribed reps here, but I worked hard for what I got.
I went to a lighter band on the dips and felt good there. The band pushdowns were pretty easy and I’ll go up there next time. The lateral raises really expose lefty, but I got them done.
All in all a solid session. I’m feeling good about the upcoming contest.
