I swapped events day with my pulling day so that I could get events done this week. I’m going away this weekend, and won’t have access to a strongman gym. I will still deadlift though!
Since it’s just me today, I decided to keep things simple. I did some heavy reverse prowler pushes on little rest.
I then did a light sandbag carry & duck walk medley. Still working the short rest intervals. Then I did three 20-rep sets of kettlebell swings with the duck walk implement.
I finished up with a quick medball circuit to work a bit more conditioning.
Not a bad day but I’ll be happy to be back in my groove after this weekend.
