Meta Performance Center is dedicated to helping you achieve results through hard work and a strong group dynamic.  Our focus is on the education of our members through functional strength training programs developed to increase all aspects of human performance.  We welcome all fitness levels and anyone who has a goal but is in need of a plan.

We have worked with individuals of various backgrounds over the past decade. From students, to business executives, medical professionals, stay-at-home moms and dads, athletes of all levels, military personnel, police, firefighters, seniors and even children.

Our programs combine various training methods from traditional core lifts, strongman training, cardio conditioning and boot camps. We place a strong emphasis on increasing your overall fitness level while teaching you how to maintain and continue on your fitness journey. It makes no difference if you are a professional athlete or someone who has never stepped into a gym before, at Meta Performance Center we will customize our programs to fit your needs.

The staff at Meta Performance Center will provide the motivation, guidance and atmosphere necessary to achieve dramatic results for anyone who comes in with an open mind and a willingness to work.
