Derek is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Derek has dedicated his life to the improvement of human performance for over 15 years. In that time he has helped countless individuals accomplish their goals of increased athletic performance, fat loss, rehabilitation, and overall health and well-being.

Pam holds powerlifting titles on the National and International level. Her best lifts include a 242 Bench Press, 325 Squat and 375 Dead Lift. She is currently training daily and is on pace to crush these totals in the coming year. Pam has dedicated her life to helping others improve their overall strength and fitness. She has made it a personal goal to prove that women can lift big weights and rule the weight room.
