Cross Training Classes

Single Session: $30

 

Monthly Class Memberships:

Commit to a weekly training plan and get the most bang for your buck.  Minimum 3 month commitment required. 

1 time per week: $100

2 times per week: $144

3 times per week: $180

4 times per week: $192

 

Class Packs:

Buy a class pack, and get the flexibility to work out as your schedule allows.  Packs are good for 90 days from first class use.

1 class: $30

3 classes: $75

6 classes: $144

10 classes: $230

20 classes: $400
