Cross Training Classes

Please pre-register for classes here, in person or at 617-435-8569 as we do cap classes to offer you the best service possible.

Strength Camp
A combination of strongman training, athletic training and cardio conditioning.  Consists of a full body workout including sled push/pulls, tire flipping, farmer walks, sandbag training, log press as well as sprints, plyometrics and agility training.

Meta Boot Camp
Using a combination of body weight exercises, resistance training, sprints, core work, strength conditioning drills and anything else we can throw at you.

Stretch & Recovery
An open class to help increase flexibility, mobility and work on increasing speed of recovery. This is a loosely structured class geared towards identifying each members individual needs. Member’s are encouraged to use this block to take advantage of the room and Meta Performance staff as well as perform their own stretching routines and exercises.

Open Gym
Open gym is for enrolled members only. All workouts must be approved by Meta Performance Staff.

Think you’re an ultimate athlete? Give this a try. Our basic strength camp extended to 90+ min and geared towards competition prep.

Women’s Instructional Strength Class
5 Week Program, Meets once a week includes weekly workout plan.

An progressive, instructional class dedicated to teaching proper form and technique of free weight resistance exercises and how to incorporate them into a workout program. This Class is by appointment only and is considered a personal training class, it is limited to 5 women. Please contact us for more information.
